Horrible Management!!!
The owner Paula Adams is Terrible! Shes ripping people off and not cleaning any of the beds/spa services.
STAPH HAS BEEN A REOCCURRING ISSUE WITH CUSTOMERS because of it! When you call with any complaint she will hang up and ignore your calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! She has also be withholding employees checks from the girls working there and telling customers not to buy from them so she doesnt have to pay them commission!
She offers $8 an hour but if you quit she will tell you she will only pay $7.25 an hour for what youve already worked for even though you did NOT agree to that. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR WORK FOR THEM!!!
Plus shes a backyard breeder!! REPORT HER!

Complaint against owner
This location has tanked
Started out promising- I have seen a lot of positive results. It’s helped me lose weight, tone muscles, increase stamina in the HOTWORX side.
On the PB side the massage tables and infrared tech has helped my skin look and feel healthier. But starting in June we began to notice that things started to be neglected as far as cleaning and fixing things.
- Work outs are effective
- Infrared services provide results
- Not cleaned often
- Services broken with no clear plan to fix
- Closed days without warning

This place is a NIGHTMARE. Ignorant bottom of the barrel staff that stays posted up in the back.
The tanning beds are either filthy or they remind you of final destination. You have to make APPOINTMENTS here. if you call and complain they let the staff member call you back threatening you like common marrero white trash then they FINALLY cancel your membership which is BEST because they bill you for your last 3 months when you decide to cancel. when you call out the employee for being an obvious opiate addict they let THAT employee call you.
There's no structure.
No loss here though have fun wiping up that *** sweat and swamp *** for the next few months. HUMBLE Yourself bc you ain't *** but a wiper of bodily fluids
Worst customer service - scam
The only way to cancel your membership is to go inside - really This is 2022 during the last 3 years of a world wide pandemic - and the only way to cancel is to go inside the store and sign a form - hello email DocuSign
Why would they not change their policy like every other company in the world to protect the safety of customers. In my opinion it is to make it harder to cancel so they can take you money!
I have skin issues and a bad immune system I have been trying to cancel for over a year and a half

You have to come inside - why would I want to go inside a facility just to sign a piece of paper - their response is well thats our policy we sanitize and use mask! That doesnt mean each person walking in and out does the same!
Called Corp several times and just got voicemails - the owner of the local salon only is in two days a week called and finally got her expressed my concerns and was basically told sorry I will keep taking your money until you come inside to cancel!
Worst consumer service for sure this is not a company that cares about clients just money !

Good morning, I have been a loyal client to the same Planet Beach for 8 years now. I purchase all my products there as well.
I have never has any issues with getting there a couple minutes late to tan because of how my lunch hour works. And now all of a sudden I have been told that if I'm late they will be taking off the minutes from my time. To me that is unacceptable I am in and out by about 20 after 12. I get there asap at my lunch.
I pay every month and been there a very long time and now this. I was told that the head office change the policy now to every 15minutes.
Totally ridiculous. Especially when one has to put lotion on.
